How long does it take for my memorial to appear?
Most memorials are reviewed and published within 1–3 business days.

How do I upload multiple photos?

Windows

1. Click Upload Photos.

2. Open the folder containing your pet's photos.

3. Hold down the Ctrl key.

4. Click each photo you want to upload.

5. Click Open.

Mac

1. Click Upload Photos.

2. Open the folder containing your pet's photos.

3. Hold down the Command (⌘) key.

4. Click each photo you want to upload.

5. Click Open.

Tip: If all the photos are together in one folder, you can often click the first photo, hold Shift, click the last photo, and select the entire group.

Can I edit a memorial after it has been published?
Yes. Contact us and we'll help update photos, text, or other details.

How many photos can I upload?
Lifetime Tributes up to 10 and Video Tributes can include up to 15 photos.

Can I upload my own tribute video?
Yes. You may upload your own completed tribute video.

Can Resting Trails create a tribute video for me?
Yes. Select "Please create a video tribute for me" on the Video Tribute Submission form and provide details about your pet.

What video formats are accepted?
MP4 is preferred. Most common video formats are accepted.

Will my memorial stay online permanently?
Yes. Tribute pages are intended to remain available as a lasting memorial.
